  • If a product is damaged then please contact me as soon as possible, and I will work with you to process a return. I do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, so I ask that you carefully choose the type of photo you would like to order. Lumaprints always produces clear and high quality prints, so rest assured that the product you order will be of fine quality. Please reach out to me within 14 days for any issues with your order, as that is my refund time window.
